Blade Break-in Instruction
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your blade, operate the saw at half the normal forward speed for approximately 100 linear feet. This break-in process allows the blade to open up, ensuring it stays cool, cuts faster, and promotes full blade life.
The Green Zone
The Green Zone represents the ideal window for placing control joints, typically 0-2 hours after finishing and before the final set, depending on weather conditions. Cutting during this time ensures the blades and saw system work most efficiently. Cutting concrete that is too cured can damage both the blade and the saw.
Diamond Blades
Our innovative diamond blades are color-coded and feature a unique triangular-shaped safety arbor that fits precisely on the saw arbor. Each blade is specifically designed for the Cosmos system, the only true ultra-early entry system.
